Konn Technologies is a proptech startup that provides technology solutions for real estate developers in MENA.
Our configuration tools allow home buyers to select, customize, and price their homes, with full visualization and transparency, while making the sales process and customer relations for developers easier, more efficient, and more profitable.
We are on a mission to improve the way homes are designed, sold, and built in MENA, and to contribute to the growth and prosperity of the real estate sector through technology.
Our Story
2009
Uraiqat Architects
Our journey began with Uraiqat Architects, an architecture firm founded in 2009 by Basel and Basma Uraiqat, with the vision of creating innovative solutions for the built environment. Since its inception, the firm designed and delivered more than 150 projects in MENA, and won several awards for innovation and excellence in architecture.

2020
Konn Homes
In 2019, Uraiqat Architects initiated Konn as a project that employs design and digital technologies to improve the way homes are being designed, sold and built in the fast-growing MENA market. Konn Homes was established and launched in 2020, to provide an end-to-end solution for modular sustainable private homes. Since then, Konn built 35 projects in Jordan and released a wide range of customization options to serve the growing market.

In 2023, Konn further developed its technology tools to serve real estate developers of large-scale housing communities in Saudi Arabia and enable them to improve the way homes are being presented, marketed, and sold by enabling customization options and add-ons for homeowners. Konn aims to actively contribute to the Kingdom’s 2030 vision of achieving prosperity through technology.
