Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of services provided by Konn Technologies (the “Company”).

The Company offers paid design and feasibility services (DesignFit) and construction services for residential projects. All services are booked and delivered through konnhomes.com.

Payment is processed through konnhomes.com at the time of booking. By making a payment, the client agrees to these terms in full.

All intellectual property in deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and design outputs, remains with Konn Technologies until a construction contract is signed between the client and the Company.

Konn Technologies reserves the right to decline a project at its discretion. Where the Company declines a project after payment, the refund terms below apply.

Privacy Policy

Konn Technologies collects only the information needed to deliver the requested service and communicate with the client.

What we collect. Name, email address, phone number, land and project details, and payment information.

How payment data is handled. Payment data is processed by our payment gateway (PayTabs / MEPS) and is not stored on our servers.

How your data is used. Solely to deliver the requested service and communicate project updates. Data is not shared with third parties except as required to deliver the service.

Your rights. Clients may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting info@konn.tech.

Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. Work begins immediately upon payment.

If Konn Technologies is unable to deliver the agreed service, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is submitted.

Merchandise & Services Prices

DesignFit. 300 JOD in Jordan. 2,500 SAR in Saudi Arabia.

Pricing is inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Pricing is subject to change. The price at the time of payment applies.

Delivery Policy & Method

All deliverables are digital.

Deliverables are sent via WhatsApp and email to the contact details provided at booking.

Standard delivery timeline is within 10 working days of payment confirmation.

Konn Technologies will communicate any delays directly with the client.
